A: We do not offer refunds on custom-made items or hair and beauty products. However, you can receive a refund on non-custom store-bought items if returned within 7-14 days, provided they meet our refund criteria.

A: To return an item, mail it back to us. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued if it meets our refund criteria.

Q: What are your washing instructions for printed items?
A: For printed items using DTF, DTG, and heat press methods, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low or air drying to preserve the print.

Q: Can I use quotes or song lyrics in my design? 
A: Quotes and lyrics may be protected by copyright. We recommend using original text or content that's confirmed to be in the public domain.

Q: Can I make changes to my design after submitting my order? 
A: Changes can only be made before the design review is completed. Once approved and in production, no changes can be made.

• Turn inside out BEFORE washing - This protects the metallic surface from direct agitation • Use cold water only (30°C/86°F max) - Hot water can cause foil to lift and peel • Select gentle/delicate cycle - Reduces mechanical stress on the foil application • Use mild detergent without bleach or fabric softener - Harsh chemicals break down adhesive bonds • Wash with similar colors and fabrics - Avoid rough textures like denim that can scratch the foil

Drying and Heat Management

• Air dry when possible - Hang or lay flat away from direct sunlight • If using dryer, use LOW heat only - High heat reactivates adhesive and can cause bubbling • Remove while slightly damp - Prevents over-drying and cracking • Never iron directly on foil - Use pressing cloth or iron inside-out only • Avoid dry cleaning - Chemicals can damage metallic finishes

Storage and Handling Recommendations
